Selling Agents

Remarkable Properties is a new website which aims to provide a market place where properties of architectural and historical interest can be seen in one place. The properties listed are mostly, but not exclusively, in Scotland. There is no cost in registering properties with Remarkable Properties. It is hoped that the website will form an invaluable and additional link between sellers (and their agents) and those who are interested in buying a property of character.

Buying Agents

GLM hope that the Remarkable Properties website will be directly helpful to you and your clients, providing an easy to refer to selection of the most interesting houses available in Scotland.

Whilst we will not have detailed information on most of the properties listed, GLM will be happy to give informal, initial advise free of charge. We are involved in country house renovations all over Scotland and can often report on a particular property, without undue expense or delay.

Off Market Deals

We are approached from time to time by buyers looking for properties and if we can point them in the direction of an off-market deal, we will.  However we do not operate as agents and we do not take commission so we will always put buyers in touch with those who have drawn our attention to such properties.  This may be especially relevant in the case of properties that are in poor condition and are not readily suited to the open market.
